Please cancel your reservation by 12:00 AM, 3 days prior to your check-in date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room rate plus tax will be charged. No refunds will be given for early check-outs or No show. 

Group Reservation (3 or more rooms) please cancel your reservation by 12:00 AM 30 days prior to your check-in date. No refunds, No cancellation within 30 days.

Room rates are listed for 1-2 persons. Additional persons (3 or more) sharing a room will incur a charge of $20 per night, per person, up to 4 in a room.
The entire property is NON-SMOKING. If violated, a $250 PENALTY FEE will apply.

There is a $35+tax per-pet, per-day fee and we have a limit of 2 pets per room, up to 60 lbs. Pets are permitted on the 2nd floor only. Please do not leave pets unattended at any time in a guest room. Any NON-REGISTERED PETS will incur a $250 PENALTY FEE. 

Quiet Time: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Non-registered visitors are only permitted until 10:00 PM. If found with more "people" not listed on your reservation, your stay will be considered a party. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce noise and unregistered visitors will be asked to leave. If this request is not followed, the registered guests will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.

456 Embarcadero is not responsible to guests or visitors for the loss of any personal items or valuables of any kind in the room or parking garage. A credit card is required at check-in to cover any expenses for incidental charges due to property damage. Guest accepts responsibility for the cost of repairs and replacement for any property damage to guest rooms caused by them or their visitors.
